A thematic photo exhibition was organized for the Maslenitsa on Novy Arbat, the theme of which was the Russian avant-garde. The interactive art objects were created in the spirit of avant-garde artists – Shrovetide horses and "Maslenitsa dolls" six meters high. The "artists" themselves - three-meter controlled dolls, invented and created specifically for the festival, strolled along the entire New Arbat and arranged performances. The figures, which had a clear portrait resemblance to Malevich, Stepanova, Lentulov and Kandinsky, became a real sensation. Just like Shrovetide carnivals. The basis for the creation of the costumes were taken from the work of Malevich, Chagall, Larionov.
